St Bride's: Worship & Ministry

St Bride's Church, with the whole Church of Christ, is committed to the safeguarding, care and nurture of everyone within our church community.

We further commit ourselves to following legislation, guidance and recognized good practice, in this area.

The Parochial Church Council reviews safeguarding matters at every meeting and annually reviews our Parish Safeguarding Policy as well as a Parish Safeguarding Audit.

Safeguarding is also a standing agenda item at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.

If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of anyone who might be at risk in our parish please contact either the Rector or the Church Safeguarding Officer (Christopher Betterton - 07989 913221).

If the person is at risk of immediate danger you should dial 999. The Diocesan Safeguarding Concerns flowchart can be found at this link: Diocese of London Safeguarding concerns flowchart
