Volunteer to Help St Bride's

Volunteers are not paid -- not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless - Anon

With busy lives, it can be hard to find time to volunteer. However, the benefits of volunteering are enormous to you and your community. The right match can help you find friends, reach out to the community, learn new skills, and even advance your career. Volunteering can also help protect your mental and physical health.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and you can make a difference.

There are many opportunities to help at St Bride's from tidying up after services, or serving at the shop to setting up for big special events like our recent Summer Party or the Olsen Lecture.

We always need volunteers to:-

  • Staff the shop
  • Steward at services and events
  • Set up for big events, such as our annual Summer party
  • Tidy up the church after a big function or a service
  • Church sitting on Sunday afternoons
  • Envelope stuffing
  • Occasional heavier clearing work.

Volunteering is rewarding and fun so if you have time to spare, however little, get in touch with the office and we will find you something to do!
