The Artists

Elizabeth Meyer is a freelance flautist based in London. She has worked with several UK orchestras including Hastings Philharmonic and London Philharmonic Orchestra in their ‘Open Sound’ Project. She works with her chamber group Fira and has performed at major arts venues including the 1901 Arts Club and several festivals throughout the UK. They are involved in events including JR Events Ltd and the National Wedding Show. She is a flute professor at the University of Chichester and teaches privately at her home in Kent.

Columba Dromgoole-Cavazzi is an Irish American violinist based in London. She studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance as a postgraduate TCL Scholar, the University of Southampton and the Royal College of Music Junior Department. Columba primarily performs as an orchestral violinist, playing regularly with London City Philharmonic, London Orchestra da Camera, Docklands Sinfonia, Fidelio Orchestra, Albion Chamber Orchestra (leader and soloist), London Firebird Orchestra, Ballet del’Art Orchestra, Scherzo Ensemble, Mystery Ensemble, Halo Strings and for tribute concerts by candlelight. She also regularly plays with chart-topping rock bands such as The Last Dinner Party, Don Broco and Band of Skulls.
